Malaysian couple killed, son badly hurt in Pahang crash on drive to Bentong
A husband and wife, both 51, were killed while their 23-year-old son was seriously injured after their car collided with another vehicle near Kampung Ketari in Bentong.

MALAYSIA: A fatal crash occurred at around 8pm along Jalan Kuala Lumpur near Kampung Ketari on Wednesday.
According to a statement by Pahang Fire and Rescue Department public relations officer Zulfadli Zakaria, firefighters from the Bentong station were deployed after receiving an alert at 8.19pm.
Rescuers extricated all victims from the wreckage and found that the front passenger and a rear passenger — a couple aged 51 — had already died when help arrived.

Son Seriously Injured
The couple’s 23-year-old son, who was driving the car, suffered serious injuries. He was rushed to Sultan Ahmad Shah Hospital for urgent treatment.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 40-year-old man, sustained minor injuries and was sent to Bentong Hospital.
Collision Occurred While Family Was Travelling to Bentong
Initial findings indicate the family was travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Bentong when their car crashed into another vehicle coming from the opposite direction.
The bodies of both victims were sent to Bentong Hospital for post-mortem examination, while police investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
