The performer, dressed in a pink crop top and short skirt, held a microphone as she sang, danced and even crouched in front of a male diner before continuing to move along the ledge.
School confirms unauthorised performance
The video, which circulated widely online, shows stunned diners watching as some took out their phones to record the act.
Online users later identified the woman as 20-year-old New Zealand singer Kira Peace.

In response to media queries, Ngee Ann Polytechnic confirmed that the performer was not a student and had not been authorised to perform on campus.
The school added that the incident occurred on August 7, and that security personnel arrived after the woman had already left the premises.
